It has velvet-lined collar, which can be fastened close to neck, large cape for protecting the shoulders, double front with auto clasp straps inside, and strap and buckle outside—auto clasp leg straps to prevent the Coat being blown open—elastic storm cuffs in sleeves—two large pockets—and strong threequarter lining.
