MR. POLSON ATTACKS GOVERNMENT Speaking at Putaruru Mr. W. J. Poison, Dominion president of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, made a slashing attack upon the Government in connection with agricultural finance. He charged the Prime Minister, straight out, with breaking his promise to the Royal Commission. He had agreed to carry out the unanimous report of. the commission, but had not done so. The excuse that there was no t'me war- untenable.
