ETON AND YPRES
A SCHOOL FOUNDED MEMORIAL OF OLD BOYS British Wireless—Press Assn.—Copyright RUGBY, Thursday. The foundation stone of the Memorial School at Ypres will be laid by Field-Marshal Lord Plumer next Sunday, after the Menin Gate Memorial has been unveiled. The school has been designed by Sir Reginald Blomfiela, the well-known architect, and will be erected to the memory of 342 old boys of Eton College who lost their lives in the- Ypres salient. The money for the erection of the school has been entirely contributed by Etonians and their relatives.—A. and N.Z.
