CIVIC SQUARE
PROPOSED FOR HAMILTON A scheme concerning the creation of a civic square at Hamilton and involving a garden space was discussed in committee by the borough council last night. A report on the proposal and the financial outlay which would be incurred by its adoption was dealt with, and the matter will be discussed at a special council meeting.
