UNDER RULE 96, Members desiring to be FINANCIAL for the above appropriations must pay all subscriptions, etc., due, before 5 p.m. on MONDAY. JULY 25, 1927. Moneys received on Tuesday, 26th instant., or on Wednesday, the day of the meeting, will be TOO LATE to be entered up in time * for the Appropriations.
