POLLUTION FEARED The Avondale Borough Council last night passed a resolution to draw the attention of the Minister of Public Health, Hon. J. A. Young, and that of the member for the district, to the proposal of the New Lynn Town Board to discharge septic tank effluent into the Manukau at Karaka Bay, and to ask them to take such action as will result in the prevention of the scheme, or the provision of such a system as will ensure a purer effluent.
