Call Boy’s Derby gave the compilers of records a busy time. Here are a few instances in which the Past was left at the Post: Call Boy put up a new time record First dry-weather Derby for four years. The favourite passed the post first for the first time since Sansovino’s win in 1924.
Owner, trainer and jockey won their first Derby.
Result circled the world within one minute.
