REVOLT IN VIENNA
RUSSIA BLAMED FORTY AGENTS ARRESTED iJy Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Monday. The Vienna correspondent of the ‘Times” says the Austrian Government is in possession of complete proof that the revolt which occurred in the capital last week was planned by foreigners, who were instructed from Moscow. Forty Communists, who are believed to constitute the revolutionary'council, have been arrested at the offices of the newspaper “Reotefane,” where they were in consultation. The majority of these men are foreigners and several are Russians. They crossed the frontier with forged passports. One of the arrested men has been charged with setting fire to the Law Courts. Conditions in Vienna are now practically normal. —Times.
