N.Z. CHURCH SCHOOLS

VISITOR TO SEE THEM The fame of New Zealand’s Church of England secondary schools has spread to Canada. The Rev. E. M. Willis, of the Shawnigan Lake School, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, will shortly be making a tour of the church schools with a view to taking back some ideas with him. He arrived on the Maunganui yesterday and will go on to Australia to see the schools there. Later he will return to New Zealand. He hopes to land in the south of the South Island and work his way northward, visiting Christ’s College, Wanganui College and the Auckland colleges. Mr. Willis said this morning that there are only two or three similar schools in British Columbia, but they are very successful. He has heard good reports of the New Zealand schools and wants to see them for himself-
