CRIMINAL LIST MUCH LIGHTER
THE JULY SESSIONS 20 CASES FOR HEARING Although 20 cases have been set down for hearing at the July sessions of the Supreme Court, commencing next Thursday, the list is by no means as heavy as that which has occupied the time of the court during the pre- ■ sent sessions. The charges are as follow: Arthur Frederick Griffin, theft. Victor Ferdinand Eisenhut, recklessly driving a motor-car. causing death. Archibald Maclean, receiving stolen property, fraudulently converting, and wilfully attempting to obstruct, the course of justice. Edwin Edmunds and Wesley Overend, breaking, entering, and theft. George Pollard, negligent driving, causing death. John Thomas Began, indecent assault on a female (two charges). Doris Muriel Emily Pearce, attempted murder. Ernest "Worth, carnal knowledge. Newell Harry Williams, theft. William Grant, theft (two charges). George Crompton Mansfield. theft from a dwelling. Wong Koon Fee. carnal knowledge. Francis Allen Coburn, indecent assault on males (four charges). Norman Selwyn Connelly, breaking, entering, and theft. Athol George Beamish • White, attempted murder. Ernest Octavius Cory, undischarged bankrupt, obtaining credit. Austin Durbin, obscene language. Gordon William McNamara, indecent assault. Thomas Fadden, robbery with violence. Frederick Henry Charles Jinks, breaches of Bankruptcy SYct (two charges).
