TO-DAY’S OBSERVATIONS Meteorological observations taken at the Albert Park Observatory at 9 a.m. to-day by Captain A. Davis, the Government observer:— Barometer, 29.861 inches. Air temperature at 9 a.m., 53 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: Maximum 60 degrees, minimum 45 degrees, maximum temperature in sun 115 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 3 hours 0 minutes. Minimum temperature on gross, 36 degrees. Direction of wind at 9 a.m., South. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 59 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, .03 Inches. Rainfall to date this month, 4.18 inches.
