VAUDEVILLE AND PICTURES Tho third beat of the “Mystery” Contest will be held to-night at the Prince Edward Theatre. A large vaudeville programme, which includes the following artistes, will be the chief feature of the evening: Viola Rene, Jazzo, Hartley Warburton, May Bain and her Maori Harmonisers, Lomas Jim and others. Since the days of Wallace Reid there has been a keen shortage of fastmoving films, and audiences are deploring the lack.
