SEAMAN STRIKES TROUBLE ROGUE AND VAGABOND Since he left the sea, O.'af aged 54, has had no luck. He must have shot an albatross. He pleaded guilty, at the Police Court on Saturday, to a charge of being a rogue and vagabond. Senior-Detective Hammond said that Strom was a seaman who did no work. He lived by begging and had just come out of gaol, where he served a sentence for being idle and disorderly. Strom said he left the sea seven years ago, and had no luck ashore.
