SEAMAN STRIKES TROUBLE ROGUE AND VAGABOND Since he left the s;ea, Olaf Strom aged 54, has had no luck. He must have shot an albatross. He pleaded guilty, at the Police Court this morning, to a charge of being a rogue and vagabond. Senior-Detective Hammond said that Strom was & seaman who did no work. He Jived by begging and had just come out of gaol, whore he served a sentence for being idle and disorderly. Strom said he left the sea seven years ago. and had no luck ashore. He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. Until he got work, he was ordered to remain at the Salvation Army Home.
