ADMISSION OF DEFEAT ANOTHER BEGINNING By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Friday. The Riga correspondent of ’’The Times” says the executive committee of the Third Internationale has issued a statement lamenting that the Communist efforts in China have been totally defeated. It states it is necessary to begin all over again. It declares that the revolutionary role of the Hankow Government is finished, owing to the Chinese Communist proving unequal to the task with which they were entrusted.—Times.
