MUNICIPAL BAND
CONCERT AT ZOO A fine programme of choice musical items will be given in the Zoological Park by the Auckland Municipal Band under the baton of Bandmaster Christopher Smith, on Sunday, at 2.45 p.m. In the Town Hall on the same date at 5.30 in the evening the band wili again appear and give a free musical recital. The overture to “Tannhauser,” a grand selection from Boito’s “Mefistofele,” instrumental solos by Messrs. McLennan and Bowes, and other popular numbers will be presented.
