STIFF FINE IMPOSED In the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon, in the case in which Francis O’Connor appeared on a charge of intoxication while in charge of a car, Mr. Wj vern Wilson, S.M., remarked that if
ever there was a clear case of intoxication it was this one. Taking into consideration the fact that accused was a married man with three children, and that be was not drunk when arrested, accused would be fined £2O and his licence endorsed until next March,
