ACCIDENT BY FIRE (8) £250 If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received by reason of the burning of a building in which such subscriber resides or works. ACCIDENTS OF SPORT. (9) £250 If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of Injuries received whilst such sub scriber is engaged or competing as an amateur in any game or sport. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by • the claimant upon request.
