Whitcombe, 147; Robson, 148; Rodgers, Stevens, Montmorency, and Harris, 149. Others include Tolley 150, Ray and Herd 151, Nettlesfold (Tasmania), Braid, Torrance, Compston and Barnes 152, Cassiat 153, Taylor, Seymour, Havers and Gadd 154. Players exceeding 154 strokes have to retire. These include R. A. Whitcombe 155, Lockhart and Vardon 156, and Melhorn (America) 157.—A. and N.Z.
