Wed The Probate Court refused the widow of James White, the financier who committed suicide, letters of administration. The estate, according: to the affidavit, totalled in value £75,000. .The amount of the debts is uncertain. but it is believed that the estate is insolvent. The Chancery Court has granted a compulsory winding-up order of the Beecham Trust, on the application of the Westminster Bank. The trust v.-as due to complete a contract for the purchase of buildings at the Wembley Exhibition rite for £300,000. Owing to the suicide of the financier. Mr. James White, no one was really in control of the trust, i which owed the bank over £450,000.
