O. Nolan was a passenger on the Limited from Wellington this morning. Mr. W. S. Spence, secretary of the Auckland Racing Club, returned from Wellington by the Limited this morning. Mr. P- H. Gwynn, of Wellington, who is on a visit to Auckland, is staying at the Hotel Stonehurst. The chief Government Whip, Mr. J. «?. Dickson, left for Christchurch last night to attend the marriage of his son, Mr. L. It. Dickson. He intends to return to Wellington to-morrow morning. Mr. Justice Frazer, president of the Arbitration Court, left for Hamilton this morning to attend sittings of the Arbitration Court there. He will be accompanied by his associates, Messrs. A. L. Monteith and W. Scott. A former superintendent and secretary of the Wagga Wagga (New South Wales) district ambulance, Mr. Fred Kolfe, has been appointed superintendent of the Wellington Free Ambulance Brigade.
