Mr. Timothy Francis Quinlan was born »n Tipperary, Ireland, in 1861, and was taksn to Australia when two years old. was member for West Perth in the Western Australian Parliament in Minister for Works in 1901, and of the Assembly from 1905 to 131.1, when he retired. He was a large jan.Jowner and interested in many com®nternrises.
