(g) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which reffulta in the death within thirty (30) days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum of £2,000; in any such event the said sum of two thousand pounds (£2.000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000). CYCLING AND MOTOR-BICYCLE ACCIDENTS (7) £IOO in case of death of the subscriber if he or she shall be accidentally killed whilst riding in a public thoroughfare a bicycle, tricycle or motor-bicycle solely for pleasure but including journeys to and from the subscriber's usual place of business (not including business journeys) provided that such reader is a duly licensed driver and is not at the time of the accident indulging in a racing contract, speed trial, or track riding. ACCIDENT BY FIRE (8) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received by reason of the burning of a building in which such subscriber resides or works. ACCIDENTS OF SPORT. (9) £250 If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received whilst such subscriber is engaged or competing as an amateur in any game or sport. LIFE-SAVING ACCIDENTS (10) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received in endeavouring to save human life. TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT (11) £250 in case of an accident as defined in the clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not re-
suit in death but cause PERMAN - ENT TOTAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of two limbs or two eyes, or one limb and one eye. (12) £IOO in case of an accident as defined in the clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause PERMANENT PARTIAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of one limb or one eye. (13) £5 per week for a period not exceeding two weeks together with medical expenses not exceeding £5 in case of an accident as defined in clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract. namely (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident. (c) That notice of the death and the accident be given within forty (40) days after the accident by the subscriber or representative to THE SUN Newspapers Ltd., Auckland. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (1 4 » days of the accident. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request.
