THE MEIKLE PETITION

TN a letter to THE SUN, John Meikle, who has petitioned Parliament for many years past for compensation for seven years’ wrongful imprisonment and a ruined life, states that £5,000 was placed on the Supplementary Estimates by the Ward Government.
