FORGED CHEQUES

MAN ADMITS GUILT COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE Cyril Albert Hoskin, aged 47, pleaded guilty in the Police Court this morning to nine charges of obtaining £BB 4s by means of valueless cheques. A tenth charge of attempting to obtain £lO 10s by means of a valueless cheque was also preferred against him. After evidence had been heard, Hoskin had nothing to say, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
