(THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Friday. In the division on MilH. E. Holland’s no-confidence amendment to the Ad-dress-in-Reply. Mr. J. Bitchener (Waitaki was announced by the Speaker to be one of the tellers for the “noes” in the Division Lobby. Tellers are usually nominated from the ranks of the Whips, and there is now speculation as to whether Mr. Bitchener, who has had a seat in the .TI , House since 1919, ivlr. Kitchener will succeed to the • osition recently vacated by Mr. W. llenn—Junior Government Whip. It s thought that the holder of this office vill t>e a South Island member.
