DRUNK’S GAOL RECORD
FOUR DAYS IN WEEK GIVEN A CHANCE James Butcher, who spent 96 hours in prison last week on two separate charges of drunkenness, pleaded guilty at the Police Court this morning to a charge of being found without lawful excuse at Sanford’s fish mart at one o’clock this morning. Sub-Inspector Lenin said that Butcher had 40 previous convictions. Accused said he had work to go to on Monday. lid convicted and discharged.
