PRISONERS SENTENCED

THREE FOR BURGLARY REFORMATIVE TREATMENT Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The following prisoners were sentenced by his Honour Mr. Justice Ostler this morning:—William Guthrie Smith, for burglary and theft of rings from a jeweller’s shop in Dannevirke, a term of reformative detention of not more than three years: Hugh Goodlet, for burglary at Gisborne, reformative detention for not more than five years; •lohn Bernard Macdonald, burglary at Picton, reformative detention for not more than two years: Henry Mitclxell Fisher, for defalcations at Taihape, nine months with hard labour.
