TO-DAY’S OBSERVATIONS

Meteorological Observations taken at the Albert Park Observatory at 9 a.m. to-day by Captain A. Davis, the Government Observer: Barometer, 30.169 inches. Air temperature at 9 a.m., 59 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: Maximum 59 degrees, minimum 49 degrees, Maximum temperature in sun, 112 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 4 hours 25 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 40 degrees. Direction of wind at 9 a.m., S.W. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 72 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, .03 inches. Rainfall to date this month, .84 inches.
