NEW MINISTER FOR ELLERSLIE

INDUCTION LAST EVENING The induction of the Rev. S. E. Hill, formerly of the Papanui Presbyterian Church, to the charge of Ellerslie, took place last evening. The Rev. McDonald Aspland, interim moderator, presided. The sermon was preached by the Rev. T. J. Wainwright. The Rev. J. Pattison addressed the minister, and the Rev. E. Bishop the congregation. A welcome social will be tendered to the minister on Thursday next. The Rev. G. W. Blair, who recently accepted a call to Waipu, has held the Ellerslie charge for some time.
