abuse on train TRAVELLER FINED £5 4 NGERED by the loss of some A- luggage, and devilishly inspired by liquor, Robert Henry Thorne made things unpleasant for nassengers who were travelling on the train with him on March 19. He announced his intention of minchingr some —— heads, and also used unpleasant language to some women. He pleaded sruilty at the Police rourt this morning to charges of using obscene and insulting language, and hehaving in a disorderly manner. ° jlr- Carter, who appeared for defendant, said that he had lost some luegase. and taken some drink. It was this that caused the trouble. por using obscene language he was fined £5. and on the other charges he was ordered to pay costs.
