KWONG KAI'S CAT
T/WONG Kai’s cat broke its back, but Kwong neglected te put the animal out of its suffering. Instead he left it lying in his yard. Kwong's failure to do the humane thing and rob the cat of one of its nine lives cost him £2 in the Police Court to-day.
