EARLY MORNING FIRE

DWELLING DESTROYED Press Association. PALMERSTON NORTH, To-day. At 6 30 this morning the residence of Mr. Levi Jefferies, on the railway road at Bunnythorpe, was destroyed Jefferies arose at 6 a.m., and lit the fire in the kitchen. While he was outside later he discovered the dwelling in flames. Only a few articles were saved. The house was insured for £6OO, and the furniture for £2OO.
