A DISTINGUISHED NEW ZEALANDER.— Rear-Admiral J. E. T. Harper, C. 8., M.V.0., whose book “The Truth About Jutland” has aroused great interest. Admiral Harper, who was the official recorder of the battle, was born in the Dominion. His book was published with the object of demolishing the legend of “an incompetent Jellicoe and a Beatty with the Nelson touch.”
