MORE MOTOR TAXES
There are fairly clear indications that proposals for revised motor taxation will be introduced by the Government during the present session of Parliament. In fact, there are already many rumours of a tax of 3d per gallon on petrol. This is a matter of outstanding importance to motorists and “Headlight” proposes to deal in next Tuesday's Motordom with the present position of motor taxation in New Zealand and alternative proposals.
