FIRE AT WAIHI

HOUSE TOTALLY DESTROYED {From Our Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, To-day. A six-roomed house, with its contents, owned by Mr. Dunlop, Roycroft Street, Waihi, was totally destroyed by fire last night at about 11.30. There was no one in the house at the time, Mr. and Mrs. Dunlop being absent in Auckland, and a young man who was in charge of the house at the time was not present. The origin of the fire is a mystery. It is not known if there are any insurances on either house or furnitiire.
