MANITOBA ELECTION

By Cable.—Press Association Copyright WINNIPEG, Tuesday. The Manitoba electors to-day returned the Premier, Mr. J. Bracken, and his progressive Government to power in the provincial legislature for another five years by a substantial majority. The voters indicated that they desired the Government to continue to control the sale of beer. They defeated a proposal to empower brewers to deliver beer direct to the holders of permits.—A. and N.Z.-Sun.
