SOUTH AFRICAN DEADLOCK DIFFERENCE OVER BILLS By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Received 11.40 a.m. CAPETOWN, Wednesday. The Union Parliament adjourned when a deadlock occurred between the Assembly and the Senate on the Flag Bill and the Precious Stones Bill.
