Public Notice is nereby given that it is the intention of tne Board to apply for the i inclusion of a Clause in the Local Legislation Bill, at the forthcoming session of Parliament, empowering the Papatoetoe Town Board to expend a balance of £444 of a loan of £4,500 raised under the “Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," upon which a Poll was taken on the Bth day of April, 1926, for the purchase of (a) approximately T»2 acres adjoining the Recreation Reserve, and (b) an area of approximately 54 acres between Wallace Road and the railway line, and which amount of £441 was not f®Q ui red to complete the purchase of the above lands, and which is now lying to the credit of the loan account, in the following manner:— 1. Approximately the sum of £244 on the formation of an access road from Station Road, and on levelling the grounds and providing privy and shelter conveniences to the land described in Part (a) above. 2. The balance on the levelling, planting, and formation of paths, and providing shelter and privy accommodation on the land described in Fart (b) above.
