PROMPT ACTION URGED QUESTION BY MR. HOLLAND (THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter.') WELLINGTON, To-day. In view of distress which exists among timber workers, Mr. H. E. Holland, Leader of the Opposition, asked the Prime Minister in the House whether he would treat the Tariff Commission’s report as urgent, and have it discussed in the House as soon as it became available. Downie Stewart, said the Tariff Commission report would not be available for some time, as the period for the presentation of the report had been extended to the end of July or well into August.
