A. DOBSON WINS THE LIVE PIGEON TITLE

GUN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS Press Association. MASTERTON, Monday. At the New Zealand championship meeting A. Dobson, of Auckland, won his second New Zealand live pigeon title in a shoot-off with A. N. Turner, Christchurch, secretary of the New Zealand Gun Club Association, and Edgar Stead, president of the same body, and Dick Arnst, each of *hom had killed 20 birds in a 21hird match. The four finalists divided the stake. Stead was unlucky, for with 20 birds on, his last: fell dead a few feet °otside the boundary. Had this bird kllen to his credit he would have had a clear-cut win, with the only Possible score In the championship.
