VALUATION APPEAL
SUGAR CO.’S ACTION BIRKENHEAD PROPERTY A valuation assessing: the company's interest in land occupied by storage dams at Birkenhead at £4.790, is the subject of an appeal by the Colonial Sugar Refining Company (Mr. Richmond). against the Valuer-General, which was continued before his Honour Mr. Justice Reed yesterday. Mr. A. L. Paterson appeared for the Va I u er - G e n er a 1. After hearing further legal argument his Honour intimated he expected .to be able to give his decision within the next two days.
