LIQUOR AND LANGUAGE
A COSTLY DAY Ernest Watson forgot all about his prohibition order yesterday. It proved an expensive lapse. In the Police Court this morning Mr. W. R. McKean fined him 20s for drunkenness, £4 for using obscene language, and 40s for breach of his prohibition order.
Unless he pays, he will go to gaol for 19 days.
