GRADE COWS MAKE TO £24 The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company report holding a most successful clearing sale of Chas. Parker’s high-grade Jersey herd of 80 cows at Hairini on Friday. Best cows made from £l7 to £24; others, £9 to £l6 the average being £l4 14s. Two-year-old springing Jersey Heifers, £l2 5s to £l2 10s; backward ditto. £6 5s to £6 15s.
