NEW GERMAN LINER.-' The Cap Arcona, built to the'order of the Ham-burg-South American Shipping Company, was launched last month. She is 27,000 tons, and her turbine engines are expected to develop 24,000 h p and give her a speed of 20 knots, enabling her to make a run to Rio Janeiro in 12 days. She has accommodation for 1,500 passengers, and is equipped with a bi-' swimming bath.
