CEREMONY AT WHANGAREI Press Association. WHANGAREI, Saturday. An event in which much local public interest was manifested took place today, when the new offices of “The Northern Advocate” were opened, and the biggest Cossar flat-bed rotary printing machine in Australia and New Zealand was officially started by the Mayor. Many congratulatory messages, evidence of the growing importance of J;he North, were received.
