FORD ON FIRE

OIL RAG ON EXHAUST Through an oil rag falling on the heated exhaust pipe, a Ford motor-car burst into flames in Karangahape Road yesterday evening. The City Far? Brigade was called out and extinguished the blaze before any damage was done. The car, which is owned by Mr. W. G. Ray, of Keppell Street, is insured in the Guardian Trust Office.
