FELLOW BOARDERS SUFFER REMANDED FOR SENTENCE Since May 22, William Henry Gough, aged 23. a visitor to Auckland, has lived on a number of boarding-house keepers. Fellow boarders have suffered through him. Gough pleaded guilty in the Police Court yesterday to a charge of stealing £1 10s, the property of Ada Clark, and gold sleeve-links worth £2 14s d. belonging to William Matthews. Chief-Detective J. Cummings said that Gough had done no work since he arrived in Auckland in May 22. He had gone from boarding-house to boarding-house, and the thefts had been from fellow boarders. Gough was remanded for sentence.
