BACK DOOR FORCED ROAST OF PORK STOLEN Thieves who broke into JL. Debney’s shop in Jervois Road, Ponsonby, some time on Friday morning, stole a roast of pork and £2 in silver. Mr. Debney is a pork butcher and has had two previous visits from burglars. The back door of the shop had been broken open, but Mr, Debney, who lives on the premises, did not hear anything unusual during the night.
