ARBITRATION COURT

Next Local Sitting Numerous cases have been set down for hearing at the next siting of the Arbitration Court, which commences at Auckland on July 4. Disputes which the Court will be called upon to consider include the Auckland Builders, General and other Labourers’ Award (quarry and scoriapit workers’ section), the City Female Bookbinders’ Award and the New Zealand Coach-workers’ and Wheelwrights’ Award. A number of compensation cases hnd minor disputes will also be dealt with.
